How health is computed. Each station folds its sensors onto the manifold
primitive z = x·y: x = supply adequacy (pressure · flow · reserves),
y = integrity & quality (no leak/break/freeze · water in spec · sensors trusted).
Multiplying is honest — a perfect-pressure station with contaminated water, or a great-quality main
with an active leak, is not healthy, so one failing axis collapses the score. z
then drives the color spectrum (red→amber→green), the warning lights, and the alarms. The same
framework runs every scale in the dropdown; only the station and sensor counts change.
